1. Using Smart-Feed
Smart-Feed is a browser-based tool for recording your screen and camera. By using it, you agree to these terms. You need a Google account to sign in.
2. Your recordings
You own what you record. Smart-Feed stores your recordings on your behalf so you can access them from your account, we do not claim any rights to your content beyond what is needed to store and serve it back to you.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Smart-Feed to record someone without the consent required by law in your jurisdiction, to capture or distribute unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
4. Service availability
Smart-Feed is provided as is, free of charge during this stage of the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features as the product develops.
5. Account termination
You can stop using Smart-Feed and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable use terms above.
6. Liability
Smart-Feed is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Smart-Feed is not liable for lost recordings, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of Smart-Feed after an update means you accept the revised terms.
